Welcome to Smart Growth Media (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing and using our audit services, you (“client,” “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Who We Are
Smart Growth Media is operated by Petr Kadlec, sole trader, registered in the United Kingdom. Our business address is 1 West Ditchburn Farm Cottages, Eglingham, Alnwick, Northumberland, NE66 2UE.
2. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
- We accept all major payment methods supported by these providers.
- All payments must be made in GBP (£).
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
3. Service Delivery
We provide audit services which may include, but are not limited to:
- Video audits recorded and delivered via Loom.
- Reports in PDF, Excel, or similar formats.
- Resource materials such as templates and implementation guides.
- Access to password-protected pages hosting video series or related resources.
Delivery will be made via email. We may also use secure file sharing software such as WeTransfer. Our aim is to deliver audits within the stated timeframe. However, due to circumstances out of our control, there may be instances where delivery is delayed. If this is the case, we will notify you via email. Please make sure you download and safely store the audit and all resources we provide to you. We are not required to keep copies.
4. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when completing intake forms or supplying business details.
- Any delays or inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you may affect delivery and will not be our responsibility.
- You may not resell or commercially redistribute any of our audits, templates, or resources without our prior written consent.
5. Refund Policy - "Grandmas Cooking Guarantee"
We want every client to feel they’ve received genuine value from our audit services. That’s why we offer our Grandma’s Cooking Guarantee: if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Refund requests must be made in writing to petrkadlec@smartgrowthmedia.co.uk.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider (typically 5–10 working days).
- This guarantee is designed to protect clients who feel their audit did not deliver value. It is not intended to be used as a means of obtaining our services for free.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund where there is clear evidence of misuse or abuse of the guarantee.
After 7 days from delivery, all sales are considered final.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our audits are based on proven CRO expertise and designed to deliver actionable steps for growth. While we’re confident in the value we provide, results can never be guaranteed, as outcomes depend on external factors and your implementation.
- Our audits provide analysis, recommendations, and resources designed to help you improve your website’s performance.
- We do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, or outcomes, as these depend on factors outside of our control (e.g., implementation of recommendations, ad spend, competition, market conditions).
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Growth Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, missed opportunities, or business interruption.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
