  • From email sign-ups: When you subscribe or purchase, we collect your email to send you updates, marketing campaigns, and offers via MailerLite.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Deliver and fulfil our audit services.
  • Communicate with you about your order.
  • Send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime).
  • Improve our website and services using analytics.
  • Retarget you with relevant ads across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok (future), and Microsoft.

4. Data Storage & Retention

  • Audit files are delivered via Loom, WeTransfer, or similar and may remain in Loom but are deleted from our local storage regularly.
  • Intake forms and related files are stored securely in Google Drive.
  • We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, or as required by law.

We use cookies and tracking pixels to:

  • Analyse website traffic and usage (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
  • Deliver personalised ads across platforms (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Ads when enabled).
