At Smart Growth Media, we call this the Grandma’s Cooking Guarantee.
If you don’t love your audit more than grandma's cooking, you get your money back. Simple.

Why? Because we care about delivering work that genuinely helps you scale — not just sending over another “report” that collects dust. We pour real time, effort, and experience into every audit, with the single goal of helping you drive results.

That said, here’s how it works:

• If you genuinely feel your audit wasn’t worth it, just email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full. No hoops, no awkward back-and-forth.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Banks usually take 5–10 working days.

We’ll always honour this if you feel the value wasn’t there. If you’re disappointed, you’ll get your money back.

But, this isn’t a freebie scheme. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it’s clear someone is just trying to game the system. Our guarantee is there to protect honest clients who put their trust in us.

We’re fair, we’re human, and our goal is to give you the best possible service and results. If you don’t feel that, we’ll make it right.
